The appellant, Jerry Lee Greenhill, was convicted of the murder of P.S.,1 a violation of § 13A-6-2, Ala.Code 1975, and the attempted murder of R.Y., a violation of § 13A-4-2 and § 13A-6-2, Ala.Code 1975. The trial court sentenced him to serve concurrent sentences of 48 years in prison for the murder conviction and 12 years in prison for the attempted murder conviction...
