LONG, Presiding Judge.

On the authority of Ex parte Kent, 739 So.2d 1063 (Ala.1999), the part of the judgment of the circuit court imposing sentence is reversed, and this cause is remanded to the Circuit Court for Jefferson County with directions that that court resentence Kent in a manner consistent with the opinion of the Alabama Supreme Court.
