HOUSTON, Justice.

The plaintiff, Randolph C. Marks, d/b/a Historic Architectural Resource Planning, appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict for the defendant, Intergraph Corporation, Inc. ("Intergraph"). We affirm.
