Robert Edgar Blankenbeker appeals from the trial court's affirmance of the administrative law judge's (ALJ) decision to sustain the suspension of his driver's license for driving with an illegal alcohol-concentration level. Appellant contends the trial court should have reversed the ALJ's decision sustaining the suspension because the ALJ improperly admitted evidence and because the ALJ's final decision was not supported by substantial evidence...
