This case comes to us pursuant to an order of this Court directing the respondent, Malik D., to appear and show cause, if any, why the issues raised by him in this appeal should not be summarily decided. He has appeared through counsel but has failed to show cause. Accordingly, we proceed to decide this appeal without further briefing or argument.
