Gerald D. Fowler appeals his conviction of harassment in Washington County Circuit Court on May 14, 1998. Appellant argues that the trial court erred when it permitted the State to inquire during cross-examination into his and a witness's political beliefs and attendance at a meeting. We agree and reverse.
