A jury found Willis "wrongfully locked out" appellee Joseph Bydalek from a business in which he was a 49 percent shareholder, valued his stock at $612.50, and assessed punitive damages of $30,000 against Willis individually and $150,000 against her as administratrix of her brother's estate. The trial judge entered judgment for "shareholder oppression" for the value of Joseph Bydalek's stock and remitted punitive damages to...
