Rulan C. (Rulan) was convicted of one count of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. He argues that the warrantless strip search that produced the cocaine in his possession was illegal and that the fruits of that search should be suppressed. Because the search violated Article 1, section 7 of the Washington Constitution, we reverse the trial court's suppression ruling.
