This suit arises out of a fire which consumed plaintiffs' house, which was then under construction, and burned it down to the slab. The initial issue in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in not finding that plaintiffs' suit against Allstate, their homeowner's insurer and one of the named defendants, had prescribed.
