Harry Reno (plaintiff) bought twin screw turbo marine engines from SEPCO Industries, Inc., in 1987. The engines were manufactured by Perkins Engines, Inc. Plaintiff sued Perkins on December 22, 1994, seeking rescission of the sale and damages due to defects in the engines.
