A jury convicted Appellant Eddie Maurice Dickson of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in an amount less than one gram, a state jail felony. See TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 481.112(b) (Vernon Supp.1999). The State alleged two prior felony convictions to enhance Dickson's punishment to a second degree felony. See TEX.
