This is an appeal of a Jones County Circuit Court conviction on two counts of murder and sentence of two consecutive life terms imposed on the appellant, George Ogden Carley, for the shooting deaths of his parents. Feeling aggrieved by both the convictions and sentences, Carley has appealed and assigned the following errors:
