Appellants-plaintiffs Justin K. Basicker, Holli Sue Basicker, Amy Johnson and Steve Johnson (collectively, the plaintiffs), appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee-defendant Denny's, Inc. (Denny's), upon their complaint for negligence, claiming that a genuine issue of material fact existed as to whether Denny's failed to exercise reasonable care to prevent bodily injury to the plaintiffs.
