Debra and Ricky Smith, and their son Joshua Smith, sued Olin Corporation for marketing defective ammunition and for failing to issue a warning to users that the ammunition was subject to delayed firing. After a bench trial, the trial court rendered judgment in favor of Debra and Ricky Smith for $193,764 in actual damages and $19,376 in prejudgment interest, for a total of $213,140.
