Appellant Allen Dwight Wood was sentenced to a minimum term of thirteen years in the Nevada State Prison after a jury conviction of one count each of attempted murder, solicitation to commit murder, and conspiracy to commit murder. Wood alleges numerous errors forming the basis of his appeal, including that the admission of out-of-court statements implicating him in the conspiracy was reversible error, that he was improperly convicted...
