This action was brought by David L. Sheller ("Sheller") against Robert McWhorter ("McWhorter") for negligence, misrepresentation, fraud, and civil conspiracy. Following a non-jury trial, the court entered judgment against McWhorter, awarding Sheller damages in the amount of $65,380.00.
