This appeal centers around a contract dispute between The Garshman Company, Limited ("Garshman") and the General Electric Company ("GE"). Garshman brought claims against GE in the district court for breach of contract, estoppel, quantum meruit, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and a violation of Mass. Gen.
