(Contractors) and its denial of defendant-appellant's Massachusetts Laborers' Union District Council (Laborers) motion for summary judgment. The case arises from a jurisdictional dispute between Local 24 of the Carpenters Union (Carpenters) and the Laborers about the allocation of "stripping" work...
