¶ 1. This case comes to this Court on appeal of Neil Kircher from the Rankin County Circuit Court, where Kircher was convicted for the murder of Bob McCrary, an employee of the Rankin County Sheriffs Office, who pursued Kircher after Kircher stole a knife from the Jitney Jungle and a vehicle in which the keys had been left from that same parking lot. He was sentenced to a term of life in the custody of the Mississippi Department...
