McCALL, Justice.

At issue in this case is the validity of provisions in a joint will executed by Melvin Lynn Wilson and his wife at that time, Jo Ann Reed Wilson. Melvin and Jo Ann were married on June 16, 1981, executed the joint will at issue in this case on August 9, 1981, and were divorced on January 21, 1993. They had no children together.
