¶ 1 On this appeal, we address whether a husband's separation from his wife under the provisions of a protection from abuse (PFA) order may establish grounds for forfeiture of the husband's spousal share of his wife's estate under section 2106(a) of the Probate, Estates, and Fiduciaries Code.
