Defendant, Jason M. Lee, appeals from the judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of second degree assault as a complicitor. He also challenges the sentence imposed. We affirm.

According to the prosecution's evidence, as the victim and his friends were leaving a party, they became involved in a fight with several boys, including defendant. At some point during the affray, defendant sat on the victim...
