In this trip-and-fall action, Defendant, Dillard Department Stores, Inc. ("Dillard's"), appeals a judgment of the trial court in favor of Plaintiff, Lucindy Trotter. Finding that Plaintiff failed to meet her burden of proof at trial, we reverse the trial court's judgment and dismiss Plaintiff's claim against Dillard's.
