("Green Tree") appeals a judgment in favor of appellees, Feliciano Garcia and Sylvia Garcia ("Garcias"), in an action for defamation and violations of the Texas Debt Collection Act and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices—Consumer Protection Act ("DTPA").
