Defendant/appellant, Belle of Orleans, L.L.C. (Belle), appeals the ruling of the trial court certifying the plaintiffs as a class under the provision of LSA-C.C.P. art. 591 et seq. Defendant contends that the plaintiffs should not have been certified as a class because each of plaintiffs' causes of action were contingent upon individual facts and circumstances.
