Steven Curry appeals his conviction for aggravated kidnaping, following jury trial. We initially reversed and remanded for new trial on Curry's first point of error. We overruled his second point of error, which challenged the legal sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction. The Court of Criminal Appeals, however, reversed our ruling on Curry's second point...
