Before us for consideration are the consolidated appeals of Steven K. Handzel and Samuel C. Stretton (together Appellants) from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County (trial court), which dismissed Appellants' respective petitions to set aside the nomination petitions of Charles Wilson, a candidate for the office of school director in the West Chester Area School District.
