Percy L. McDuffy, a dedicated sports fan at Hardee Correctional Institution, appeals an order denying his petition for mandamus. The trial court denied Mr. McDuffy's petition on the ground that it was untimely filed. We treat this appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari, and quash the trial court's order.
