Appellant Emanuel Hart was convicted by a jury of first-degree murder and two counts of committing a terroristic act. He was thereafter sentenced to thirty-five years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. On appeal, appellant contends that the trial court erred in allowing the State to present testimony that he allegedly shot at a vehicle other than the one involved in this case. We affirm.
