SUSAN LARSEN, Justice.

Maria Martinez appeals her conviction for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, to wit: cocaine of less than one gram. After a jury trial, Martinez was found guilty, and the court sentenced her to two (2) years confinement in a state jail facility. The imposition of the sentence was suspended by the court and appellant was placed on community supervision for five (5) years and required to complete...
