HOFFMAN, Senior Judge

Appellant-plaintiff Christopher Pluard, a Minor, by next friends and guardians Dennis Pluard and Shirley Pluard ("Pluard") appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee-defendant Patient's Compensation Fund ("the Fund").
