THOMPSON, Judge.

¶ 1 Shawn Frank Panveno (defendant) appeals his convictions and sentences for driving with a suspended license and aggravated driving with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.10 or more within two hours of driving or being in actual physical control of a vehicle.
