In this personal injury case, Mr. Darrell Belgard (Belgard) filed suit against American Freightways, Inc. (American) and Mr. Kip Rodriguez (Rodriguez) for personal injuries he sustained from inhaling toxic ammonium hydroxate fumes while on the job at American's terminal facility.
