This maritime suit was brought by Theodore Holmes against Daybrook Fisheries, Inc. for injuries he sustained from a fall on a fishing vessel, owned and operated by defendant. After a non-jury trial, the trial court rendered judgment for plaintiff finding that defendant breached its duty to provide plaintiff a safe place to work.
