VERTEFEUILLE, J.

The defendant, Julio Rodriguez, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of aiding and abetting murder in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 (a) and 53a-54a. On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court improperly denied his motion to suppress a written confession that he gave to the police. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
