We are asked to decide whether Harrison County Housing Finance Corporation's (HCH) claims against KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP for violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and negligence are barred by the two-year statute of limitations. The trial court granted summary judgment for Peat Marwick on all of HCH's claims. But the court of appeals reversed the trial court's summary judgment on the DTPA and negligence claims...
