Martin LOPEZ, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

March 31, 1999.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

J.C. Elso, Miami, and Andrew M. Teschner, Coral Gables, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, and Paulette R. Taylor, Assistant Attorney General, for appellee.

Before FLETCHER, SHEVIN and SORONDO, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Based on a thorough review of the record, we find that the evidence was sufficient to satisfy the conscience of the trial court that probation had been violated. We therefore affirm the order of the trial court revoking probation.
