MAURICE AMIDEI, Justice.

Derrick Harvey appeals his conviction by a jury for the aggravated robbery of Sylvester Foy. The jury assessed his punishment at 60 years imprisonment, enhanced by one prior felony conviction. In three points of error, appellant contends: (1) & (2) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction, and (3) the trial court erred in admitting evidence of two extraneous offenses at the guilt-innocence...
