Appellant, Robert T. Kearley, challenges the final judgment of dissolution of marriage which awarded appellee, Sharon S. Kearley, $1400 a month as permanent periodic alimony. We reverse the alimony award because we find that the trial court abused its discretion in awarding alimony that exceeds the appellant's ability to pay.
