OPINION

CORNELIUS, Chief Justice.

This is a medical malpractice suit. The trial court rendered a take-nothing judgment against Jeff Stam in his suit against Robert L. Mack, M.D. For the reasons stated hereafter, we affirm the judgment.

Kyle Stam, age eleven, suffered abdominal injuries and a laceration to his forehead when he was involved in an accident while riding a four-wheeler. Kyle's stepmother took him to the hospital emergency room for treatment...
