In these consolidated cases, Appellant Irve Gladstone appeals an order dismissing his claims against various defendants. We affirm.

Representing himself, Gladstone filed his original complaint in case number 97-3701 on January 22, 1996, alleging that numerous defendants conspired to threaten, slander, and defraud him.
