The Poinsett County Circuit Court denied appellant Amelia Evans's motion to suppress the results of an officer's warrantless search of her purse. Appellant then entered a conditional plea of guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, pursuant to Rule 24.3(b) of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure.
