This is an appeal of a summary judgment granted in favor of the defendants, America's Favorite Chicken Company, Osaya, Inc., and Andrew Osaya, finding them not liable for the wrongful death of Mr. Jason Wilbert Oberling, who was murdered on November 15, 1994, on the premises of a Church's Fried Chicken restaurant on Government Street in Baton Rouge, which was owned and operated by Osaya, Inc.
