Appellants James Embrey, guardian of Donald L. McNeilley, and the estate of Donald L. McNeilley appeal the trial court's order denying them prejudgment interest on their claim against appellee Royal Indemnity Company. In three points of error, appellants complain that the trial court erred in granting Royal's motion for summary judgment because Royal failed to establish its entitlement to summary judgment as a matter of law...
