[¶ 1] North Ridge Limited Partnership appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Marsano, J.) in favor of Steelstone Industries, Inc., in Steelstone's breach of contract claim. North Ridge Limited argues that the court erred when it concluded that the president of Quality Glass, its general contractor, had apparent authority to bind North Ridge Limited to a contract for paving services.
