PETERS, J.

Sabine River Authority appeals a judgment that denied its peremptory exception of prescription and ordered that a mandatory injunction issue to require it to remove a roadway that had been erected across an inlet of the Toledo Bend Reservoir and to provide Craig Burns water access to his property within thirty days. In the alternative, the judgment ordered Sabine River Authority to pay Mr. Burns the sum of $35,000.00.
