We have on appeal the judgment and sentence of the trial court adjudicating Terry Lee Woods guilty of first-degree murder and attempted murder and imposing the death penalty. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. For reasons that follow, we reject Woods' claims of error during his trial and affirm his convictions but we reverse his sentence of death and remand this case to the trial court to impose a sentence of life imprisonment without...
