PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by information with one count of furnishing pornographic materials to a minor, section 573.040, RSMo 1994, and one count of attempt to commit statutory sodomy in the first degree, section 566.062, RSMo 1994. After a trial by jury, defendant was found guilty only of the class A misdemeanor of furnishing pornographic materials to a minor and sentenced to a term of 180 days in jail.
