The appellant, Napoleon Momon, requested permission to appeal from a decision of the Court of Criminal Appeals holding that he was not denied effective assistance of counsel when his trial counsel failed to allow him to testify at his own trial. After careful consideration, we find it unnecessary to reach the issue of whether the facts of this case give rise to a claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. Instead...
