The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission charged the respondent, Mitchell R. Heppenheimer, with two counts of professional misconduct. The charges arise from his representation of a seller in a real estate transaction in which his law partner represented the buyer and from his improper deposit of client funds into his firm's operating account.
